<p>The present invention relates to a compound for use in the prevention and/or treatment of a disease selected from a neurodegenerative disease, especially Alzheimer disease, and a disease involving an activation of phosphodiesterase-4 (PDE4), wherein said compound is of general formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof:

Y represents O or S;
