PURPOSE: A food waste treatment apparatus and a heat exchanging unit of the food waste treatment are provided to prevent the generation of bad odor by circulating air from the apparatus through the inner part of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A food waste treatment apparatus includes a food waste treatment unit(1), a food waste introducing unit(2), an exhausting unit(11), an air supplying unit(12), a moisture removing unit(5), and a heat exchanging unit(4). The food waste introducing unit is arranged at the upper side of the food waste treatment unit. The exhausting unit exhausts hot air containing plenty of moisture from the internal space of the food waste treatment unit. The air supplying unit supplies air into the internal space. The moisture removing unit removes the moisture from the air from the exhausting unit. The heat exchanging unit heat-exchanges cool air with hot air to be heated and supplies the heated air to the air supplying unit. The cool air is the air without the moisture from the moisture removing unit, and the hot air is the air exhausted from the exhausting unit. |
