The massage bar part is composed to exercise the orbital motion around the central axis with a 360-degree concentric circle. A rotational acupressure part (100) is formed in the inner side of the massage rod part installed on the same axis of the central axis. A rotary rod is composed in an eccentric shaft in one side of the rotational acupressure part. The hemisphere has a built-in heating element to supply the power to a thermal stimulus means.
