PURPOSE: A polishing machine for a cooler bolt contact surface and a method thereof are provided to reduce maintenance costs by reproducing and reusing the contact surface of a cooler bolt and to reduce damage to properties and human lives by preventing a safety accident such as a fire caused by the spill of cooling water in a cooling pipe due to the fault of a cooler bolt. CONSTITUTION: A polishing machine for a cooler bolt contact surface includes a cooler bolt fixing bolt(100), a cooler bolt fixing nut(200), a cooler bolt fixing nut bar(300), a distance control nut(400), a distance control nut bar(500), a surface processing member(600), a rotary body(700), and a motor(800). The cooler bolt fixing bolt is fixed in the main body of the polishing machine by being connected in the inner side of a cooler bolt(b). The cooler bolt fixing nut fixes a cooler bolt by being connected in the one end of the screw part of the cooler bolt. The cooler bolt fixing nut bar rotates the cooler bolt fixing nut by being connected in the cooler bolt fixing nut. The distance control nut is located in the one end of the cooler bolt and in the front surface of the cooler bolt fixing nut and controls the location of a surface processed when the surface of the cooler bolt is processed. The distance control nut bar rotates the distance control nut by being connected in the distance control nut. The surface processing member polishes a welding part welded in the cooler bolt. The rotary body is connected to the each part in the inner side. The motor rotates the rotary body by being connected in the outer side of the rotary body and polishes the welding part welded in the cooler bolt. |
