PURPOSE: A construction method of an elevator hoistway is provided to enable to construct without an underground working space and improve the working environment by constructing in an excavated space. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of an elevator hoistway comprises the following steps: excavating the adjacent part to the extended part of an elevator hoistway while reinforcing the surrounding area of an adjacent wall to the elevator hoistway; installing a temporary pile(20) in the adjacent part to the elevator hoistway and constructing a temporary footing part(10) on the top; excavating the bottom part of the elevator hoistway to be larger than an underground elevator hoistway space and installing a bracket; cutting piles(100) which are positioned in the installation space of the elevator hoistway and constructing a foundation(40) on the top; and constructing a wall(50) and removing the bracket. |
