PURPOSE: A hair brush with hair inserted in a hole in a metal pipe and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to enhance quality, be made in a convenient way and offer thermal conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A hair brush with hair inserted in a hole in a metal pipe and a manufacturing method of the same comprises the following steps. A cylindrical metal pipe (10) is cut in a certain length. A hole (11) is made on the pipe while the pipe rotates. A pipe supporting pipe (20) which broads in an upper part and narrows in a lower part is inserted to the hole and pressurized for fixing. A hair bundle (30) is folded in half and inserted to the cylindrical metal pipe and fixed with a fixing hinge. At the both ends of the metal pipe, a cap (40) and a handle (50) are attached.
