PURPOSE: A supply system of a total calculation service and a method thereof are provided to inform the difference history to a member store or a head office by receiving the card approval information and finishing data of an approval bank when the difference with actual deposit exists. CONSTITUTION: A supply system (100) of a total calculation service is operated with a POS terminal (10) of a member store, a VAN company server (20), a card company server (30), an approval bank (40), an ERP system (50) of a head office, and a financial account management system (60). The supply system of the total calculation service comprises a communication processing unit (110), a calculation receiving unit (120), a total calculation unit (130), and an information supplying unit (140) and is smoothly operated through the communication with a storage medium (150). Day data, card approval information, and actual deposit information by each card company received through the information receiving unit from the VAN company server are stored in the storage medium and is used for the calculation in the total calculation unit.
