PURPOSE: A user terminal to call a taxi, a server thereof, a taxi-call system thereof, and a method thereof are provided to promote the use of a call taxi system and create a win-win relationship between a taxi and a customer by providing them with a two-way communication channel on a real time basis and offering the customer with a wide range of available taxis regarding his specific needs. CONSTITUTION: A user device provides several options of service charges to a user and the user selects one of them and provides the payment information for the selected service charge option (S23). A server receives the payment information from the user device and transmits a request to at least one taxi which happens to be near the device (S25). If one taxi accepts the call and the received payment information (S27), the server calculates the exact payment amount regarding the payment information (S29).
