PURPOSE: A pig head meat pressure device is provided to minimize labor of operator and greatly reduce working hours. CONSTITUTION: A pig head meat pressure device comprises a main body(10) having pressing plate(32) assembled with a load(31) of an air cylinder into one body. An inlet port to inject and draw out boiled pig head meat and a door(20) to seal the inlet port are formed in the front side of the main body. Meat juice generated from pig head meat by compressed by the operation of the pressing plate is ejected to outside through exhaust valve by ejecting through perforated unit which formed bottom surface and side of the main body after being pooled at the reservoir. |
