PURPOSE: A relational point operation method and system using application use history are provided to calculate an interworking accumulation point for an interworking accumulation target in which a store category used over designated times and a category of a purchasing generation store are matched and to accumulate the interworking accumulation point to the interworking accumulation target, thereby inducing the interworking accumulation target to visit a specific store for using the accumulated point. CONSTITUTION: A store preference checking unit (145) checks a store category in which a relationship formation members use over designated times through an application based on application usage history stored in a storage medium (110).
