PURPOSE: An automatic window locking device using a latch bolt is provided to be automatically locked when a window is closed, thereby being useful for the window on a high position and easily preventing the breaking-in from the outside. CONSTITUTION: An automatic window locking device(10) includes a body part(122), an insertion part(132), a supporting part(142), a handle part(131), an elastic part(121) and a latch bolt(20). The body part is separated into a first space(102) and a second space(104) by a partition(143). The insertion part passes through the second space to be inserted into the first space, and the elastic part provides the elastic force for the insertion part to be inserted into the first space. The insertion part having an inclined surface is pushed out to the second space for the latch bolt(20) to be fixed when the latch bolt is inserted into the first space.
