A motor driving type sewing machine, a motor mounting platform which is extending disposed backward from the side part outer surface of the sewing machine frame and supports a drive motor is made to rotate around the upper and lower axes of a fixing position, so the drive motor can be switched between a first status that it can be drawn out from outside of the side part of the sewing machine frame, and can change position thereby it can back from the rear part and a second status that it can disposed and fixed to prescribe position of the rear part of the sewing machine, thereby even under the circumstance that the simplification and compaction of the whole structure can be realized under the status that the drive motor is disposed adjacent to the rear wall part of the sewing machine frame, the drive motor can be driven to back easily with high efficiency by less manpower and operation working procedure during maintenance, furthermore, the stable drive property can reproduced when thedrive motor switches to the fixed position. |
