PURPOSE: A convenient meat roaster is provided to guide oil to a drip pan for the oil after allowing the oil to firstly drop to an oil combustion blocking plate, thereby maximally blocking the drop of the oil to charcoal. CONSTITUTION: A convenient meat roaster includes an oil combustion blocking plate (800). The plate above a drip pan (600) for oil is connected to a water circulation pump and a water storage container outside the main body (100) of the roaster through a pipeline, is fed with water from the water storage container, and circulates the water. The plate is downwardly inclined to the drip pan. The oil from the roasted meat is guided to the drip pan after firstly dropping to the plate, and then is burned by heat inside a roasting chamber (111). |
