PURPOSE: A method of generating, managing, and displaying a bulletin board is provided to generate a bulletin board for each internet address or specific program regardless of whether a specific website provides a bulletin board or not, thereby providing a bookmark function. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal checks the internet address of a website accessed with an internet browser or the identifier of a running program (S300). A bulletin board server checks if a bulletin board corresponding to the internet address or the program identifier exists (S310). The user terminal requests and receives the number of comments on the checked bulletin board corresponding to the internet address or the identifier from the bulletin board server (S325).
