PURPOSE: Data related to forest disease and insect pest can be managed in an integrated way by being associated with a figure. By analyzing spaces of occurring path of forest disease and insect pest and by preemptively preventing them, disease and insect pest can be prevented before proliferation of forest disease and insect pest through preemptive prevention, and proliferation paths can be blocked. CONSTITUTION: A forest disease and insect pest preventing integrated server draws information regarding regional forest disease and insect pest preventing on an electric map, stores it, and manages it in an integrated way. The electric map including criteria, area, contour intervals, and azimuth with time and weather data is stored in a recording means of a computer. A forest disease and insect pest client device communicates with an integrated server. The forest disease and insect pest client device loads information about the region in which forest disease and insect pest is occurred and about around the region from the forest disease and insect pest preventing integrated server, uses the loaded information, calculates forest disease and insect pest occurring path (220) of forest disease and insect pest occurring region, and selects a preemptive preventing target region (230), when a region in which forest disease and insect pest is occurred is inputted through a user interface.
