摘要 PURPOSE: An optical catalyst coated fabric floor material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to coat a surface of a fabric floor material with the optical catalyst, thereby preventing contamination of the surface of the fabric floor material and purifying air in an indoor space where the fabric floor material is installed. CONSTITUTION: A foaming member(120), a binding force increasing member(130), a glass fiber member(140), and a surface processing member(150) are sequentially laminated in an optical catalyst coated fabric floor material. The binding force increasing member which is formed in an upper side of the foaming member increases a binding force with the foaming member. The glass fiber member is formed in an upper side of the binding force increasing member. The surface processing member which is made of a fabric is adhered to an upper side of the glass fiber member. An optical catalyst(170) is coated on the surface processing member. A manufacturing method for the optical catalyst coated fabric floor material includes following steps: In a (a) step, a moisture blocking member(110), the foaming member, and the binding force increasing member are sequentially laminated from a lower side to an upper side and are foamed by passing through an oven(510). In a (b) step, the glass fiber member is pectized after being dipped in a dipping tub(530). In a (c) step, the surface processing member and a pectized glass fiber member are firstly laminated. In a (d) step, a mutually adhered member(200) which is formed through the (c) step and a foamed molding member(300) formed through the (a) step are secondly laminated. In a (e) step, a lastly mutually adhered member(400) which is formed through the (d) step is hardened after being coated with an ultraviolet ray hardening type coating material(160).
