PURPOSE: A lottery shopping system and an operation method thereof are provided to offer various products at the lowest prices through lot-drawing, thereby providing an opportunity for re-purchasing the product to purchasers. CONSTITUTION: A centralized server (10) processes registration and authentication of a plurality of purchasers for performing e-commerce. A web server (20) interworks with the centralized server for providing at least one or more hierarchical categories inducing the purchasers to purchase products. A lot-drawing unit (30) interworks with the web server and totals the money amount of purchased products. The low-drawing unit selects the purchasers by drawing lots, such that the products are won by the purchasers differentially.
