PURPOSE: An insurance special contract following method is provided to accumulate a current driving distance without needing to memorize a driving distance in which a discount rate is different in case of a meter rate service and to do not need to memorize or install a separate car free data by an operator. CONSTITUTION: A car free insurance subscriber information collecting step and a car free service providing method comprise; a step which provides car free date to an operator by determining whether today is car free corresponding date or not when the operator starts a car; a step which inspects whether the operator is against the car free date rule or not and stores it; a step which automatically delivers a history that the operator follows the car free date or not to an insurance company when the insurance company requests or a policy matures. A meter rate insurance subscriber information collecting step and a meter rate service providing method comprise; a step which provides a current driving distance per total driving distances in which the insurance company requests when the operator starts the car; a step which stores the current driving distance when terminating the operation; a step which automatically delivers total driving distances during an insurance contract term to the insurance company when the insurance company requests or the policy matures.
