METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING GRAPHENE AND GRAPHENE MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of graphene is provided to require no need to remove a catalyst metal layer with a method of etching etc. as the catalyst metal layer on which a graphene layer is grown is able to be separated with a mechanical force applied by a bonding force of an adhesive material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of graphene comprises a step of directly forming a graphene layer on a catalyst metal layer; a step of attaching an adhesive material containing an adhesive layer to the graphene layer; and a step of separating the graphene layer from the catalyst metal layer by applying a mechanical force to at least one side between the catalyst metal layer and the adhesive material.
