PURPOSE: A network loan system and a management method thereof are provided to easily supply a loan to a consumer having the lowest credit by supplying a P2P loan to the consumer when the consumer accumulates predetermined money in a loan fund. CONSTITUTION: When a loan fund of a fund management unit (22) reaches a predetermined condition, an event management unit (30) generates an event set with loan money in a loan fund range, receives a bid of a member for the event, and selects one or more successful bidders. A loan management unit (26) sets a correlation between the successful bidders and failed bidders, generates a loan-dedicated account for the successful bidders, and executes a loan corresponding to a successful bid and a failed bid of the event by controlling the fund management unit.
