摘要 PURPOSE: A virtual machine assigning apparatus and method based on a Naive Bayesian technique are provided to offer traffic information in the cloud computing environment by analyzing components and characteristics for a virtual machine assigning method in order to smoothly offer a traffic information service and increase availability and by assigning resources using a Naive Bayesian method for the condition state of each virtual machine. CONSTITUTION: A software service unit receives a service request for a traffic information service from a user. A platform service unit determines an application program related to the traffic information service according to the service request. An infra service unit determines a virtual machine for providing the traffic information service within a data center having the application program using a Naive Bayesian method which is a conditional probability deduction method.
