PURPOSE: An absorption type clamping device for a transport device of a flat member is provided to simplify an assembling process by coupling an adsorption shaft and a housing covering the adsorption shaft without a separate fastener. CONSTITUTION: A housing includes a static pressure channel(120) and a negative pressure channel(123). The static pressure channel and the negative pressure channel whose one sides are connected to the outside moves along are connected to a movement route of a transfer device and has an installation cavity(180) to be penetrated inside thereof. An adsorption channel(220) opened to the outside of the installation cavity is formed on an adsorption shaft(200). The adsorption channel is formed to have a thickness smaller than that of the installation cavity and is inserted into the installation cavity. One end of the adsorption channel is opened to a position which corresponds to the negative pressure channel and the other end is opened to the outside of the installation cavity in order to face a flat member.
