PURPOSE: A variable radius pulley for a continuously variable transmission (CVT) and a CVT are provided to enable easy manipulation of the transmission and to be applied to vehicles of various types. CONSTITUTION: A variable radius pulley comprises a first disk (110) having a first slot (111); a reference shaft (140) having a first spline; a second disk fixed in the reference shaft to be spaced apart from and faced to the first disk; a movable shaft (150) having a second spline (151) sliding in a state of being engaged with the first spline; a sliding pin (130) moving in the radial directions of the first disk and the second disk; and a link (160) rotatably connected to the sliding pin and the movable shaft.
