PURPOSE: A settlement method using a prepaid card are provided to conveniently use the prepaid card by making a client buy a product with money which is accumulated in advance from not only a store of a corresponding seller but also other member store. CONSTITUTION: A member store terminal (301) transmits a settlement approval request to a relay company server (300). The relay company server transmits the settlement approval request to a card company server (100). The card company server deducts payments from a balance if the balance of a prepaid card corresponding to prepaid card information which is included in the settlement approval request is more than the payments included in payment information.
