PURPOSE: A method and a system for real-time monitoring of TV commercials are provided to detect a partition area in a broadcast program, store commercials only related to a specific content area, and provide the stored commercials to an advertiser as a single file in real time, thereby reducing the expenses and time of the advertiser, which are required for monitoring of commercials. CONSTITUTION: A system receives a broadcast program (S100). The system classifies a partition area and a content area from the received broadcast program (S200). The system saves a commercial area between the partition area and the content area in the broadcast program (S300). The system provides the outcome of the commercial area so that an advertiser access the outcome of the commercial area in real time on the Internet (S400).
