PURPOSE: A system of providing a service for managing a kindergarten and an institute by using an application and a web server is provided to manage and supply information about the kindergarten or institute by using the application and the web server, thereby improving the accessibility of parents. CONSTITUTION: A kindergarten and institute application (10) transmits information through the computer of a kindergarten and institute administrator to a server. A parent member confirms the information through a mobile device. A homepage server (20) matches information, which is input into an administrator page, with information transmitted from hardware. The homepage server transmits corresponding information to a matched mobile device by using a push message. A smart phone of parent (30) receives radio frequency identification (RFID) information, car location information, and push and global positioning system (GPS) information.
