PURPOSE: An advertisement production method and an apparatus thereof are provided to distribute advertising expenses to a blogger who has produced an advertisement and to a follower who follows the blogger on the basis of product reviews. CONSTITUTION: A service server receives product reviews, written by a blogger, from the terminal of the subscribed blogger and posts the received product reviews (S110,S120). The service server receives an advertisement request message for a specific product from the terminal of an advertiser, and extracts a blogger who has written a product review for a product related to the specific product (S130,S140). The service server transmits an advertisement production request message to the terminal of the blogger (S150). The service server receives a produced advertisement from the terminal of the blogger, and posts the received advertisement (S160,S170).
