PURPOSE: A relational point operation method and system using a base position are provided to calculate an interworking accumulation point for an interworking accumulation target in which relationship formation member nearest base position which is closed to the position of a purchasing generation store is within a fixed distance from the position of the purchasing generation store and to accumulate the interworking accumulation point to the interworking accumulation target, thereby inducing the interworking accumulation target to visit a specific store for using the accumulated point. CONSTITUTION: A base position checking unit checks a base position in which relationship formation members go often based on position information which is stored in a storage medium (110). A nearest base position checking unit (150) checks a nearest base position which is close to the position of a purchasing generation store by a relationship generation member. An interworking accumulation target checking unit (155) checks an interworking accumulation target in which the checked nearest base position is within the position of the purchasing generation store and a fixed distance among the relationship formation members. An interworking accumulation point calculating part (160) calculates an interworking accumulation point for the interworking accumulation target. An interworking accumulation point saving part (165) accumulates the calculated interworking accumulation point to the interworking accumulation target.
