PURPOSE: A method of segregating carbon dioxide from exhaust gas to send to the deep sea bottom is adapted to dissolve exhaust gas at normal pressure in seawater and send the exhaust gas dissolved seawater to the deep sea bottom without the compression of exhaust gas including carbon dioxide, leading to inexpensive installation and operation. CONSTITUTION: A method of segregating carbon dioxide from exhaust gas to send to the deep sea bottom comprises the steps of: a step of cooling exhaust gas, and a step of; supplying the cooled exhaust gas and seawater to an exhaust gas suction system (2) to force the cooled exhaust gas and seawater to pass through an inner tube (6) of a carbon dioxide dissolution device (8) and to reach the lower central part of the carbon dioxide dissolution device; floating nitrogen and oxygen having low solubility in seawater through outside of the inner tube(6) and sending the oxygen and nitrogen to a chimney (7) to discharge into the air; and transferring the carbon dioxide dissolved seawater to a deep sea outlet line (9) to produce CO2 hydrate or to send the seawater to deep sea bottom where the temperature and the pressure lower than the critical point of the carbon dioxide are maintained.
