PURPOSE: A safety handrail and a fixing device thereof are provided to prevent a worker from falling down through the opening of a window. CONSTITUTION: A safety handrail comprises multiple fixing devices(120) and safety pipes. The fixing devices are fixed to indoor walls located at both sides of the opening of a window in a line, and each fixing device comprises a fixed bracket(130) and a clamp(140). The safety pipes are coupled to the fixing devices and are installed in the opening of the window in multiple stages to prevent a worker from falling down through the opening of the window. |
