PURPOSE: An AC and DC switching mode power supply (SMPS) is provided to use the electricity efficiently, by supplying an AC power source and a DC power source at the same time. CONSTITUTION: An SMPS device is inputted with a commercial AC power source. The commercial AC power source is provided from an AC hot line L1, an AC neutral line L2_1 and a ground line L3. An electromagnetic interference (EMI) circuit changes the AC power source into a DC power source. A refrigerator module (210) uses the AC power source in the normal time.
