A container for loading metal sheets in a vacuum chamber of a vacuum apparatus comprises a frame, loading tanks, connecting elements. The loading tanks are made in the form of two cartridges fastened on the frame by pivot assemblies. The pivot assemblies are secured on the tank frame below its longitudinal axis, and each cartridge has a cylindrical shape with a radius of its cylinder generatrix equal to the radius of frame. Each cartridge is provided with a stop and a clamping mechanism.
