摘要 The invention relates to electric engineering. A DC electric furnace power supply system comprises a furnace transformer, an AC/DC converter, two graphite electrodes and a DC arc furnace. According to the invention the following units are incorporated: furnace substation buses, a control system for AC/DC converter, an arc furnace mode setting unit, a controlled high pass current filter, a control system for a controlled high pass current filter, a current measuring element, a voltage measuring element and a metallic electrode, the AC/DC converter has a middle terminal. The power source is in series connected to the furnace substation buses through the current measuring element. To the buses the controlled high pass current filter is connected, which comprises in series connected capacitor and controlled inductance, whose controlled terminal is connected to the output of control system for the controlled high pass current filter. Inputs thereof are connected to the outputs of current measuring element and the voltage measuring element connected to the furnace substation buses. To the buses the furnace transformer is connected, which is connected to the AC/DC converter, to whose middle terminal the metallic electrode is connected, to two other inputs the graphite electrodes of the DC arc furnace are connected, to the control input – the output of control system of AC/DC converter, to which the furnace mode setting unit is connected. The system provides of furnace process current and process disconnection of the furnace transformer without overloads that increases reliability thereof.
