A method for treatment of lancinating herpetic diseases of upper sections of digestives tract in children comprises the conventional basic therapy, which is carried out in two stages. The first stage uses differential immune correcting and antiviral drugs topically and inside - acyclovir 0.2 g 5 times a day over period of hyperthermia and the next 3 days. Additionally at severe disease izoprinozin is used 50 mg/kg for 7-10 days, in addition with late treatment, severe form, symptoms of immunodeficiency laferon 1,000,000 units is used intramuscularly for 5-7 days, then - 100,000 units locally up to 20 days. At the second stage the preventive antireccurent treatment is carried out, namely acyclovir 0.2 g per day, laferon 10,000 units during 5 weeks, and correction of post infection and local immunodeficiency with immunomodulators of bacterial origin, such as Imudon, for 3-4 weeks, and then by the standard schemes, and to children under 10 years: 1 tablet, over 10 years 2 tablets 4 times a day. |
