PURPOSE: A detachable device for protecting the lower body of human against cold and a chair using the same are provided to protect the lower body of human from cold air and prevent body heat from being removed. CONSTITUTION: A detachable device for protecting the lower body of human against cold comprises a storing unit and an insulating unit. The storing unit comprises a right storing unit (21), a left storing unit (22) and a front storing unit (23). The insulating unit comprises a right femoral region heat insulating unit (32), a left femoral region heat insulating unit (33), a right leg heat insulating unit (34), a left leg heat insulating unit (35), and an open type zipper (31). The open type zipper is installed at free ends of the right femoral region heat insulating unit, right leg heat insulating unit, left femoral region heat insulating unit and left leg heat insulating unit. |
