An apparatus for automatic supply of firewood to combustion chamber of a cassette heat generator is arranged as a base, cassette, chain conveyor, drive shaft with a wheel, lever, worm reducer, electric motor, load, electric motor switch on and off, lever stopper. On the base a cassette is installed, and in the cassette on the base a chain conveyor is installed, this is as two chains placed between the drive and tension sprockets at given distance one from another. The drive sprockets are on one shaft, and the tension ones – on one axle. The upper branches of the chains rest with their rollers on parallel tracks, and there in whole length firewood is placed to given height, and the lower ones rest on the support rods. The drive shaft of the chain conveyor is connected to the drive shaft with a wheel, and a lever turnable by given angle from horizontal position up and down is hinged on the drive shaft with wheel. On the lever a worm reducer with electric motor is installed, and the shaft of the worm wheel is connected with a gearing to the wheel of the drive shaft. On the lever load is installed, this can be moved by given distance from the axis of the drive shaft with a wheel with formation of required torque to overcome friction forces at displacement of firewood on the branches of the conveyor from the cassette to heat generator, in the heat generator itself feeding force equal to the sum of friction force on the conveyor is set, in heat generator thrust force at appliance for control of burning volume does not bring up relative displacement of firewood between those. On the base at given angle of turn of the lever up switch of electric motor is installed, and at given angle of turn of the lever down switch of electric motor is installed. |
