The invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used in case of medial collateral ligament injury. A method of plastic reconstruction of medial collateral ligament involves skin incision in the projection of femur medial condyle and more medially than tibial tuberosity, proximal ablation of m. semitendinosus and m. gracilis tendons, underruning thereof, subdermal guiding to medial condyle of femur with further fixation with bioabsorptive fixative. |
