FUNCTIONAL SYNBIOTIC CAOLINE BLOCKS AND THEIR MANUFATURING METHOD FOR GROWING RUMINANT ANIMALS

PURPOSE: A production method of a functional synbiotic kaolin block is provided to maximize the supply amount of protein necessary for the rearing period of ruminant animals, and to improve palatability. CONSTITUTION: A stirrer is filled with 5 L of water and 10 kg of urea, and the mixture is stirred and the urea is dissolved. 10 kg of dried treber and 10 kg of organic acid salt are inserted into the stirrer. 12 kg of cement and 3 L of water are inserted into the stirrer and homogenized. 5 kg of mineral-vitamin premix and 3 kg of salt are inserted into the stirrer for stirring. 15 kg of molasses and 10 kg of synbiotics are added to the stirrer. A filling agent, a mineral supplement, and 25 kg of kaolin are inserted into the stirrer, and the mixture is stirred to obtain thick paste. The paste is molded into a predetermined size and shape. The molded paste is dried with sunlight for about 2 hours. A kaolin block is separated from a molder, and is settled for a week indoors.
