PURPOSE: A battery protection circuit, a battery protection apparatus, and a battery pack are provided to prevent malfunction in detection of disconnection. CONSTITUTION: A battery protection circuit, for protecting a secondary battery, comprises a first terminal connected to a high potential side of a first cell; a second terminal connected to a low potential side of the first cell and a high potential side of a second cell; a third terminal connected to a low potential side of the second cell; a storage anomaly detection circuit (110) to detect abnormality in storage state of the secondary battery; shift circuits (101,102) to shift the potential of the second terminal to the first terminal or the third terminal when a disconnection between the second terminal and the secondary battery occurs; a disconnection detection circuit (120) to detect the said disconnection based on the potential of the second terminal; and a latch circuit (155) to maintain the detection result of the disconnection detection circuit. |
