The invention relates to the production of chemical fiber, in particular to a device for heating threads at texturing with method of false-twisting. The device for thermal treatment of threads with contact surface that is arranged as wires that in working position surround the thread at all sides, those wires are arranged in two guide frames with possibility of long and cross displacement, the guide frames are insulated from the mounting sites and connected to electric current with power source, the guide frames have a slot for threading and devices for cross displacement of wires. The wire stock is placed on the collectors connected to servo-drives that provide displacement and tension of wires by means a control block. The device has a case connected to pneumatic mains with pressure controller that surrounds the wires between the guide frames. The device is developed for saving of electrical energy, this makes it possible to get high coefficient of heat transfer from wires to air flow. Low thermal inertia of wires provides the heater quick coming to working mode before threading, this increases machine productivity. Tightened wires provide straight path of the thread, due to that time losses for coming to working mode after threading are decreased; this decreases the time losses for transitional process with decrease of amount of raw material waste. Introduction of a new section of wires between the frames removes dirty or worn section, with a new one, this eliminates the need in the process of cleaning heating surface. |
