A DC machine comprises a frame with bearing shields (made of non-magnetic steel), wherein two identical cores are fixed in the form of a cylinder, each of which has an armature winding and an excitation winding, which performed as fiber-glass plastic pins, wherein shoulders of divided winding is positioned, as well as an armature with a non-magnetic shaft and a ferric rim. The core is made of ferrous cylinder having equal quantity of slots on internal, external and side surfaces, where the portions of armature winding are coiled and connected one to another (in series or parallel/series manner), overhangs on one side of the core in the form of toothed rims are connected by the corresponding tooth sleeve, which is fixed in the frame via folding wedges. On the armature rim an auxiliary rim is installed, which is put on the external surface of the core with a gap in the limits of thereof active length, the pins of divided shoulders of the winding are installed on the frame and enclose the external surface of auxiliary rim. |
