PURPOSE: A studying service system and method are provided to make a user easily study in online including a social networking service (SNS) by selecting a question to be included in an incorrect answer notebook of an examination paper which is extracted from a question database and utilizing collective intelligence through incorrect answer reason and to easily produce the incorrect answer notebook by cutting a question image with a constant line number and to connect an incorrect answer notebook portable document format (PDF) file to a web, a smart phone, or tablet PC. CONSTITUTION: A PDF examination paper is produced through a database. A leading end and a terminal end are searched by an image conversion module (100) and the terminal end is converted into a question image according to question numbers by searching the terminal end based on one image which includes one terminal end corresponding to one leading end. The question image which is transmitted from the image conversion module is cut with a constant line number by a question cutting module (200). Attribute information is given to the cut question image which is delivered from the question cutting module by a question attribute module (300). One page is filled with a certain number of lines by serially connecting the question images which is cut with the constant line number. A studying service system provides a function including; the learning using text seeing according areal characters for an examination paper loaded in a smart phone or a tablet PC by driving a notebook.com on a server; the explanation seeing after learning; the video seeing for performing depth learning for the part which does not understand with the explanation seeing; the collective intelligence which exchanges information with questions and answers through an SNS in order to resolve the part which does not understand with the depth learning.
