<p>PURPOSE: Text image editing method in a text image editing device and recording medium recording a program executing the same are provided to easily understand meaning of a symbol image symbolizing a character unable to understand with a friendly language. CONSTITUTION: An input unit (110) receives text information and a conversion unit (190) converts the text information into text information of heterogeneous language having the same meaning. A generation unit (130) generates a dot image in a location corresponding to a marginal location of a text image corresponding to the text information of the converted heterogeneous language. An editing unit (170) controls size, location and type of the dot image, and the shape of the dot image is determined by a shape of the margin on the text image. The shape of the dot image is a triangle, rectangle or circle.
