PURPOSE: A control system and a control method for a power adaptive pump are provided to operate the system by adaptively controlling the energy being differently consumed depending on a pump type, thereby saving energy without influencing the conditions of a region in which a wind power generator and a solar power generator are located. CONSTITUTION: A control system for a power adaptive pump includes a blower (116), a pump (120), a wind power generator (110), a solar power generator (114), a battery (112), and a power control unit (118). The blower supplies oxygen to the underground for aeration. The pump compresses the volume of fluid and transfers the fluid. The battery stores the electricity generated by the wind power generator and the solar power generator and supplies the stored electricity to the pump. The power control unit detects the remained electricity of a battery and the electricity consumption of the blower and the pump and differently applies a flow rate level prioritized in advance according to the remained electricity of the battery, thereby controlling the electricity consumption of the pump.
