PURPOSE: A fault diagnosis remote monitoring system of a solar cell panel is provided to maintain and operate a photovoltaic power plant in an optimal state by diagnosing an operational status of a solar cell panel module of a photovoltaic power plant being unmanly operated. CONSTITUTION: A fault diagnosis remote monitoring system of a solar cell panel consists of solar cell panel small groups(SG-SGn), a power measurement unit(13), power measurement values(P1-Pn), a daylight measurement sensor(14) and a microprocessor(20). The solar cell panel small groups are formed by small grouping more than two serially connected solar cell panel modules(11) and includes a solar cell panel module, a power line(12), a standard resistor and a voltage measurement line. The power measurement unit periodically measures voltage from the voltage and current measurement line drawn out from the power line, A/D converting, giving an ID number and transmits the converted current and voltage value and the ID number to the microprocessor according to the determined period. The microprocessor judges an unbalanced state by comparing an instantaneous power measurement value among the each solar cell panel small group in a predetermined time interval. The microprocessor processes an operational state and degradation of the solar cell panel. |
