The invention relates to information and measuring technique and can be used for vibro-diagnostics of rotary mechanisms, machines and aggregates, in particular turbines of electric power plants, compressor stations, underground main oil-, gas- and product pipelines, lifting cranes, etc. A vibratory diagnostic system comprises n three-component vibration sensors 1, inductive sensor of number of revolutions of the shaft 2, one-component sensors of vibration 3, block of n switch keys 4, n+1 amplifiers with controlled amplitude-frequency characteristics 5, parallel n+1 channel analog-digital converter 6, controller 7, permanent memory block 8 and multi-functional indicator 9. The invention provides implementation of many-dimensional and vector measurements of vibro-accelerations, this makes it possible to perform on-line control of vibratory diagnostic system in the process of carrying out vibro-diagnostic investigations, and increase of accuracy of those. |
