A method for combustion of solid fuel, according to which flow rate of blast air is controlled automatically, and blast air is heated above the temperature of pyrolitic decomposition of fuel and is supplied to the layer of fuel by scheme from up downwards, and the products of fuel combustion arte removed from up downwards as well. The method for production of heat provides complete combustion of all the components of fuel that can burn, excludes chemical and mechanical underfiring, this increases power effectiveness of the heat generator. In the design of heat generator proposed with two zones of pyrolysis cooling of smoke gases is performed by means of gas-water section tubular heat exchanger to temperature lower than the dew point temperature with liberation of hidden heat of vapor formation,. For periodical survey and repair construction of heat generator with two zones of pyrolysis provides convenient and simple dismantling of the furnace of the ash-pit of gas-water heat exchanger. |
