A frontloading washing machine is provided to reduce vibration and noise caused by unbalanced laundry by integrally engaging the rear surface of a rotary drum, a ball balancer, and a flange shaft, thereby transmitting rotation force of the flange shaft to the rotary drum and the ball balancer. A frontloading washing machine comprises a body, a rotary drum, a ball balancer(70), a flange shaft, and a screw. The ball balancer which has a protrusion(76) at the inner periphery is attached to the rotary drum. The flange shaft having a first through hole where the screw passes through is engaged to the rear surface of the rotary drum. The screw assembles the flange shaft, the ball balancer, and the rotary drum integrally. A second through hole(77) where the screw passes through is formed at the protrusion of the ball balancer and mated to the first through hole. |
