An apparatus and a method for controlling computer system are provided to set a reservation time and control a specific device and a system if the reserved time has come. An apparatus(200) for controlling computer system comprises the followings: a reservation module(210) for providing a setup menu so as to set at least one of reservation time and a controlled device; a control module(230) for determining whether a CMOS count value has come at the reserved time; and an operation module(240) which makes the set device perform no operations or shutdowns a system if so. |
