A method for choice of treatment policy of lung bullous emphysema comprises the video thoracoscopy lung and pleural cavity revision, morphological verification of the diagnosis, removal of the pathological focus. Additionally pathological study of biopsy material by the number of elastic fibers in the lung tissue, at destructive index 7-26 % solitary bulls are diagnosed and edrainage is installed, at destructive index of 30-40 % form of monocots local bullous emphysema is diagnosed and video thoracoscopy resection is made with the argon plasma pleurodesis, at destructive index of 40-60 % local multipartite form of bullous emphysema is diagnosed and video thoracoscopy resection is prescribed with cellular argon plasma pleurodesis, at destructive index of 60-90 % initial stage of generalized form of bullous emphysema is diagnosed and video thoracoscopy resection is prescribed with argon plasma coagulation and argon plasma pleurodesis, and at destructive index of more than 90 % the final stage of generalized form of bullous emphysema is diagnosed and argon plasma coagulation bull is prescribed cellular argon plasma pleurodesis. |
